Mozarts birth place looks back on a 1300 year old history. The baroque Old Town offers beautiful sights like the castle Mirabell, the Fortress Hohensalzburg and the -Getreidegasse-, a historic alleyway with narrow houses. Every year the famous music festivals take place in Salzburg. The ACHAT Plaza Zum Hirschen Salzburg used to be a farmhouse with a bar parlour. Constant improvements and renovations made the house what it is today- A superior 4 star hotel with all amenties expected by the guests. The hotel offers 62 individually furnished, air conditioned guest rooms, 2 meeting rooms for up to 50 people and a cosy lobby bar. The on-site restaurant -Hirschenwirt- with terrace and playpark offers typical Austrian cuisine from organic farming. After an exciting day we suggest to relax in the beautiful wellness and fitness area upon the rooftop of the hotel with a fascinating view over Salzburg. The ACHAT Plaza is located in Salzburgs beautiful city centre within walking distance to the main station and the historical sights of the Old Town. The convention centre, the trade and exibition centre as well as the motorway A1 and the airport are quickly and easily to reach.

All products are from organic farming. There is also a beautiful, large and quiet beergarden on-site. Salzburg offers a variety of restaurants, bars and clubs. There are typical Austrian restaurants, e.g. Stieglbrau, K and K, Eulenspiegel and Stiftskeller St. Peter as well as restaurants with Indian, Italian Mexican or Japanese cuisine. All restaurants are within walking distance.
