Woodbridge is centrally situated for visiting all of southern Tasmania, including the National Parks, Port Arthur, the lakes, Richmond and the Huon Valley. It lies in the midst of a visually stunning river valley, richly endowed with natural and historic wonders. The valley produces wonderful produce - wines, beers, stone fruits, jams, olive oil, truffles, lamb, beef and venison, which feature in the menus of Woodbridge.

Our standard double room, the Captain Roadknight is named after previous owners in the 19th Century. Disabled access. The Lindley, Arches, Academy, Sharland and Sarah Schaw all have unique distinctive architechural features. All have queen or king beds, all but the Arches have open fireplaces, most have air con, all heated, ceiling fans, LCD TV, DVD, CD, complimentary ADSL internet connection, robes, Molton Brown toiletries, minibar, tea and coffee, complimentary soft drinks. Arches is shower only, has distinct alcoves in room. Arches and Lindley have private exits to terrace.
The Cottage was originally used as the Coachmans Cottage. River views. A very private room with original lithographs featured on the walls. Open fireplace, air con, heating, ceiling fan. suite consists of bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with separate toilet. Molton Brown toiletries and robes supplied. The Alloway Banks suite commemorates the collection of beautiful out buildings which were part of the original building. It consists of a sitting room, bedroom and spa bathroom. Has a private exit to the terrace. The Three Bridges overlooks the remains of the original three bridges including the first bridge crossing the Derwent River. River views. This suite has a sunroom, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. It also has its own private exit. Queen bed, two fireplaces, one in bedroom, the other in the dining room.
