There is a 25.00 USD key deposit and a 25.00 USD utility surcharge which could be possibly refunded if guest does not exceed usage. A hotel tax of 20.00 USD per unit per week is due at check-in. The resort requires a credit card imprint as a security deposit. Guests must be 23 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.
