Cancellation Policy:
To avoid penalty, reservations must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival (with exception to the festive season) to avoid a one night charge. Dec.24-31 must cancel 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a one nights charge.
Guarantee Policy:
All arrivals require a guarantee by valid credit card. When reserving 3 or more rooms, the hotel charges the first nights stay (Plus taxes) per room as a deposit at the time booking. Dec.24-31 requires one night stay plus tax as deposit.
