This is an average of 2.7 Tons/year per room or 7 kg per day/room. - ALT is a smoke-free environment. In the age of global warming, this attention to energy conservation will become the new standard in hotel accommodation. ALT is a newly constructed 14-storey tower with 159 rooms - 129 with one queen-size bed and 30 with two queen-size beds.
