Our Montreal hotel includes 269 spacious guestrooms and 21 luxurious suites with whirlpools. The business class level guestrooms have 2 queen size-beds or 1 king-size bed with sofa-bed, a large working desk, free high speed internet, complimentary full american breakfast and a window that you may open. For long-term stays, the hotel offers a suite with a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool and a living room. We also have a newly renovated long stay room, which offers a small kitchen unit, and two queen size beds. For our customers with limited physical ability, we have added a designated room meeting "keroul" standards. We are the proud recipients of the prestigious “Coq en Cuivre” trophy from the Monteregie Tourism Office. CHIP Hospitality awarded us with the “best sales team” trophy for eastern Canada and the “highest increase in guest satisfaction” trophy for 2004. We were also recipients of the 2005 Conscientia Prize, awarded by the Regional Environment Council of the Monteregie, for our implementation of numerous initiatives in making a difference for the environment. Finally, in 2003 CHIP Hospitality awarded us with the “Hotel of the Year” trophy among their 33 hotels.
