Ciudad de Palma de Mallorca.
Palma de Mallorca is the most important city of the Balearic Islands. It has a temperate Mediterranean climate with an annual mean temperature of 17º C and an annual mean rainfall of 450 litres per square metre. Among many things, you can visit the gotic "ad quatrum" style Cathedral, The Bellver Castle, the Almudaina Palace, the Joan Miro Museum etc.

Manacor Town
Manacor is a very nice town by the Mediterranean sea, whose main attraction is the manufacture of the famous Majorica pearls. Visitors can also find leather or other products typical of the rich Balearic handycraft.

Valldemossa
This quaint village is known for being the place where the great composer Chopin lived and died. His house, now a museum, is one of the most important touristic attractions, together with the local cousine and pastry.

Puerto Portals
670 moorings for boats which dimensions range from 8 x 3 metres to a total length of 80. Impressive are its nautic facilities and sports offer, together with well known restaurants.

Museo Joan Miro.
Only 1,5 km away from the Hotel, the "Territorio Miro" is divided into different buildings and spaces once belonging to Joan Miro. There he created thousands of works durong more than 30 years of extraordinary activity. Today it is open to public and hosts temporarily part of his artistic legacy: more than 6,000 paintings, drawings, engravings, sculptures and other objects.

Catedral de Mallorca "La Seu"
It is considered as one of the "jewels" of gothic art. Its facade reflects itself in the water of Palma's bay. Completed in 1601, it contains Jaime II and Jaime III's graves. Its interior is illuminated by a marvellous multicolor light coming from its rose and lattice windows, especially during sunny afternoons. Its central rose window, 12,5 metres large, is the world's biggest.

Castillo de Bellver
Only 3 kms away from the Hotel, the castle, surrounded by pine trees, dominates Palma's bay and the city of Mallorca. Its construction was ordered by the King Jaime I, and it is the only Spanish round shaped castle. The underground part of the castle hosts the famous prison of S'Olla. It has four towers, each one oriented towards one cardinal point and it is surrounded by a protecting moat. Inside there is a two floor arms square, around which are distributed other rooms. Some of them host the "Museu de la Ciutat", an interesting exhibition about Palma's history, from the prehistoric period to the Middle Age.
