The hotel has a country house atmosphere and is known for the excellence of it's food and accommodation. Both have won acclaim of critics and awards from the major guides. A recent renovation, the addition of a new wing and a significant enlargement of the garden have enabled the hotel to expand it's facilities and introduce even higher standards of luxury. The health and leisure spa features an indoor pool, sauna, gym, steam room and jacuzzi.
