High-speed Internet access is provided as is complimentary airport shuttle service to the Aspen Airport.All of Aspen's many attractions and recreational activities are within a brief walk or drive. The town of Aspen's many restaurants - shops - art galleries - and night clubs are just a few moments away.ResortQuest at Shadow Mountain - Perfect whatever time of year.Other information – Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Guarantee Policy:
15Apr-20Nov- 1 night deposit plus tax and 6 pct reservation fee at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. 21Nov-14Apr- 50 pct of stay deposit plus tax and 6 pct reservation fee at time of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
