All guests must check in at ResortQuest at Telluride office located in downtown Telluride above Clark's Market. 666 West Colorado Ave., Telluride, CO 81435 They will receive driving directions to the resort at 117 Lost Creek Lane Upon arrival. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys .. other check in material as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest at Blue Mesa Lodge. During periods when the check-in location is closed .. an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Guests use an adjacent telephone which alls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes. The ResortQuest at Blue Mesa Lodge offers ski-in/ski out access close to Mountain Village shops and restaurants. The lodge offers hotel rooms and studios with either a kitchenette or full kitchen. In addition .. spacious condominiums offering two or three bedrooms are also available. While the lodge is within walking distance of a number of restaurants guests are certain to enjoy the vibrant Italian cuisine served at La Pizza del Villagio - our onsite restaurant. All of Tellurides many summer and winter recreational activities are within easy reach including golf .. tennis .. hiking and biking trails. ResortQuest at Blue Mesa Lodge - A great escape never far from the action. Complimentary coffee/tea .. local calls and indoor parking.Other Information – Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.Cancelation Policy continued.Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit full prepayment including all taxes and fees. Guests are encouraged to obtain trip cancellation insurance to protect against potential charges.Exception: Holiday Season and major festival dates Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit less 10% of rent plus 5.6% Reservation Fee. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit full prepayment including all taxes and fees.
