It is a 90-minute drive from the Montrose airport and a 15-minute drive from the Telluride airport. The Lodge offers complimentary transportation to the airports.

The Fairmont Heritage Place Franz Klammer Lodge does not have a restaurant on site and therefore does not offer room service, but is steps away from a variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is ideally located near the gondola, which provides complimentary transportation to a multitude of dining opportunities. Pre-arrival grocery shopping service is available for a small fee. All of the residences at the Lodge have beautiful fully-equipped kitchens. Exterior Dining

From French food to sushi and Thai to Italian, our local restaurants have something for every palette. Honga's Lotus Petal, a pan-Asian restaurant known for its sushi, is always popular with our guests, as well as the New Sheridan Chop House, which features steak and a selection of fine cheeses. We also recommend Allred's for culinary excellence and stunning mountain views, and the Cosmopolitan for fresh, innovative re-creations of traditional American fare.

The 2-Bedroom Residences can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two full ensuite bathrooms, each with a jetted spa tub. One of the bathrooms has a steam shower. The living room features cosy seating, including a Queen-size sofabed and a natural gas stone fireplace. The residence offers a fully-equipped kitchen with a Viking Stove and Subzero refrigerator. The kitchen decor boasts pine cabinetry with pewter knobs, granite countertops, and an European porcelain sink. Washer and dryer. Stereo and Cable TV/VCR.
