Every guestroom offers an array of personal amenities such as a coffee maker, iron/board, and all are equipped with dual-line telephones with private voice mail and high speed internet access. When its time to exercise, the hotel features an indoor pool, fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness center with the latest in cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and whirlpool and sauna. Morty & Ming's, the hotel's full-service restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner is open until 10:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 PM, Friday and Saturday. Room service is available from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 6:00 AM to midnight, Friday and Saturday. Element 315, the hotel's coffee/lobby bar, serves as a grab and go in the daytime and a hip place-to-be-seen service bar in the evenings. Meeting space consists of over 15,000 square feet.
