The ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset offers relaxed island-style living in large one and two bedroom suites in a quiet residential neighborhood only two blocks from Waikiki Beach. It's heritage as part of the Princess Liliuokalani Estate is reflected in the tranquil decor - the Hawaiian music in the lobby - and artifacts on loan from the bishop museum.Every suite is decorated with tropical flair and offers complete kitchen facilities as well as a private lanai. Most offer extraordinary views of the ocean - the mountains - or Diamond Head. Daily maid service is - of course - provided. Complimentary morning coffee is served in the lobby.Guests can relax by the heated pool or in the sauna and play tennis on the lighted tennis court. Barbecue grills are available as well as all the fixings at our sundry store. Cancellation Policy:
Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.
