There are many beauties about staying at the Maui Sugar Beach Inn. Offering four (4) very nice one bedroom apartment suites, and a gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse suite on the second floor. The Inn best accommodates the Romantic Vacation, Honeymooner, Business Travel, Group Travel, and Extended Stay. It is a lovely arrangement for groups needing multiple units together. Sugar Beach Inn can accommodate 8 couples maximum. The Inn is hidden in the back of a short seaside cul-de-sac directly across the street from a lovely secluded, four mile stretch of tan sand beach circling the Ma'alaea Bay and Harbor. Along "Sugar Beach" you can enjoy excellent swimming areas with mild surf, sunrise and sunset strolling, whale watching, windsurfing, snorkeling, and magnificent views. The Inn is in a wonderful location making it especially easy to enter and exit the town of Kihei. The Inn is only 10 miles from the Kahului Airport, 8 miles to Wailea and 10 to Makena, 20 miles to Lahaina, and 30 miles to Hana. Maui Sugar Beach Inn also features "The Master Suite of Sugar Beach." This is a second floor penthouse suite with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is large with a king bed and private fully tiled bath with shower and two pedestal sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen + a twin. The second bathroom is large and beautifully tiled with a jetted bathtub and pedestal sink. The penthouse has a lodge-style appearance with large over sized bamboo furnishing to fill the huge living spaces. It's decorated with a tropical and country charm. This beautiful suite has a great 1700 square foot floor plan for spacious living and comfort. It features 16' cathedral ceilings, huge windows for sun and stars, gas grills for outdoor dining, and two private, very large, outdoor, partially covered decks to enjoy the shade and the stars at night. The penthouse kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and comforts to make your cooking experiences easy and clean. The refrigerator has an ice-maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, there are spices in the cupboards, there is coffee, creamer, and sugar provided, along with all the other necessities such as paper products, garbage bags, soap and more. The use of the washer and dryer is free to all our guests and The Inn provides laundry soap and softener for our guests. This penthouse sleeps a maximum of 7 guests and all guests must be over 16. In addition to the main penthouse is an additional lock-out suite. It features another fully furnished, fully tiled suite, with a kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with a beautiful Hawaiian mural and bamboo furnishings, and a bedroom with a queen bed. This unit also has a balcony, private entrance, and gas grill. Overall Maui Sugar Beach Inn is an ideal situation for guests who do not need room service, bars or restaurants, or daily housekeeping (although available upon request). The Inn offers affordable rates and includes many amenities hotels charge extra. Maui Sugar Beach Inn is in Central Maui, on the South Shores of Maui. The main airport in Kahului, (OGG) is just 10 miles South to Maui Sugar Beach Inn. The alternative westside airport in Kapalua, Maui (JHM) is approximately 30 West of The Inn. Wailuku, the business district of Maui, is 10 miles north of The Inn. Paia and Haiku, Maui are 15 - 20 miles east of The Inn, and Hana, Maui is 30 miles east of The Inn. A short 20 miles west to Lahaina and Front Street and the west shores. Maui Sugar Beach Inn is located at 26 Wailana Place. One mile South of the intersection of South Kihei Road and Mokulele Hwy. Wailana Place is a short cul-de-sac on the mountain side of South Kihei Road just one mile South of the intersection of South Kihei Road and Mokulele Hwy. There is also a One Mile Road Marker directly in front of Wailana Place. On the corner of South Kihei Road and Wailana Place is a small Inn called the Maui Sunseeker. There is also a Korean restaurant called ISANA 100' north of Wailana Place. It is the most convenient location for entering and exiting the town of Kihei. .

Maui Sugar Beach Inn is a Six "Suite Retreat" and very unique. Each 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite is approximately 500 square feet, fully tiled, and Air Conditioned for comfort. Each equipped with full kitchens for homestyle living, coffemaker w/ coffee, creamer, sugar provided, blender, toaster, spices, a bedroom with a king or queen size bed. Interiors are new and very clean. A gas grill is available for the guests, in addition to, boogie boards, beach towels, lounge chairs, and more. One bedroom suites sleep 4 guests maximum and no children under 16 please. Free wireless internet is provided in each suite, in addition to telephone, cable tv, cd/dvd/tuner. This property provides a retreat for the wrestless. No parties, No loud groups please. We guarantee a relaxing or romantic retreat for all our guests.
