Pets allowed in some suites with prior arrangements and pet fee. Our corporate apartment home requires a minimum of three night stays. Our Cancellation policies are: Reservations for less than 30 nights stay must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Reservations for longer than 30 nights must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty of one week's (7 nights) room and tax.
