Charming Main street in Ketchum is just a short drive away and offers a variety of restaurants and shops.Resortquest at Elkhorn Village is perfect in any season.Other information – Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit original 10 percent deposit and 5 percent reservation fee. 30 days or less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 110 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee
Guarantee Policy:
50 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee by credit card charge at booking. Full prepayment and damage waiver fee required at least 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas - 60 days). Damage waiver fee - 25US for 3 nts/50US for 4 nts or more
