Guests check-in at 200 rivers St. In Ketchum. ResortQuest warm springs is located in warm springs village at foot of bald mountain. The ResortQuest warm springs features condominiums in the Greyhawk and prospector complexes located near the foot of bald mountain just a couple of blocks from the slopes. All guest accommodation consists of two bedroom two bath units with fully equipped kitchens. Guests have access to swimming pool - hot tub - and 4 tennis courts at the prospector complex. All of Sun Valley's many attractions including multiple ski runs - summer and winter recreational activities - shopping - and restaurants are all nearby and easily reached by the complimentary kart shuttle service with stops nearby. The ResortQuest warm springs - perfect in any season. Other information - Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit original 10 percent deposit and 5 percent reservation fee. 30 days or less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 100 percent of total stay cost and 5 percnt reservation fee
Guarantee Policy:
50 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee by credit card charge at booking. Full prepayment and damage waiver fee required at least 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas - 60 days). Damage waiver fee - 25US for 3 nts/50US for 4 nts or more
