Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. More than 30 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit original 10 percent deposit and 5 percent reservation fee. 30 days or less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 100 percent of total stay cost and 5 percnt reservation fee

50 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee by credit card charge at booking. Full prepayment and damage waiver fee required at least 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas - 60 days). Damage waiver fee - 25US for 3 nts/50US for 4 nts or more

Generally one bedroom has one king or one queen bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. A sleeper sofa is available in the separate living room. Approx. 1100 sq. Ft.
Each one-bedroom one-bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen and separate sleeping area. All condos are designated as non-smoking. The condos have a full size living room with TV and VCR. Bedrooms have either a king or two twin beds. Bathrooms have a 2 person jetted tub. Each ResortQuest River Run 1-bedroom condo will accommodate up to two-2-people. The complex offers year-round heated outdoor pool-hot tub and complimentary underground parking.
