Hip and casually elegant Wisteria accommodates Boston's theatre and night club patrons. Located in the Doubletree Hotel Downtown, the restaurant features a contemporary American menu. The intimate 60-seat restaurant features an urban yet intimate atmosphere. The room has a calming feeling, conveyed by comforting oversized floorlamps, custom Asian wood, glass screens, and sumptuous upholstered banquettes. A welcoming warm towel and a warm bread start the Wisteria experience off to a pleasant start. Chef's favorite entrees are the teriyake glazed salmon, rainbow pepper crusted tuna steak, shrimptempura with pineapple fried rice, or stuffed za chicken with wasabi mashed potatoes. Wisteria was designed by Niemitz Design Group, specializing in design for the restaurant, hospitality and entertainment industry.
