The Bangor campus of the University of Maine-Augusta is nearby, as well as the Bangor Auditorium/Civic Center and many businesses and shopping malls. The hotel is within an hour of the Atlantic coast, beautiful mountains and the stunning Acadia National Park. Special Condition Please note that in an effort to provide our guests with top-notch facilities, we are undergoing extensive renovations over the next several months (through September 30, 2008). Our extreme makeover includes the following areas of the hotel: - Exterior - Main Lobby and Entrance - All Guestrooms - Restaurant, Bar & Lounge Area - Meeting space, and more... During renovation the restaurant hours are as follows: - Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, No lunch served - Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM We look forward to welcoming you during this time and hope that you return to see our completed hotel by the end of the year.
