Sunday River is located in the town of Bethel, a sophisticated, classic New England community with an energy all it's own. The town offers a variety of activities, including shopping, an indoor climbing wall and laser tag arena, ice skating, and a first-run movie theater. You'll also find numberous dining and entertainment options. In town and along Route 2 heading to Sunday River are several lodging options ranging from inns and motels and quaint B&B's. Just outside town you'll also find miles of snowmobile and cross-country ski trails as well as more adventurous options like dog sledding.

Dining at Sunday River is all about variety. Between the resort, the access road and the town of Bethel, you'll find options ranging from fine dining and sushi to pizza and our own microbrewery. All on-mountain restaurants are serviced by the resort trolley system, and most access road and Bethel locations are serviced by the Mountain Explorer shuttle.
