One of only four U.S. chefs to earn Michelin's hightest three-star rating, Jean-Georges Vongerichten has created a menu featuring simple, elegant fare served in an engergetic, sexy setting. This chic, downtown hot spot offers dramatic 360-degree vistas of the Minneapolis skyline through floor to ceiling glass walls and surrounding balacony.
