Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
Located near the NW quadrant of University Drive Hwy 380 and I-35, 40 miles north west of downtown Dallas and 35 miles north of Fort Worth. -- Directions -- Take I-35N from Denton take exit 471 for Loop 288 and U-turn back south on the service road of I-35 hotel on right, north of University Drive TX 380 .
