Cozy and Comfortable two bedroom/two bathroom, three bedroom/three bathroom and four bedroom/four bathroom privately owned condos are located just minutes from the Deer Valley slopes.
Address listed is the main office. All check-ins must be made at this address. The front desk will advise the proper unit address and location information. During the winter season the front desk is operated 24 hours a day. If arriving after 6pm in the summer, call security when arriving at the front desk. Security will be in receipt of the condo keys, address and location information.

During Summer Apr10-Dec1/05 a 1 night deposit is required at time of booking. During Winter Dec3/04-Apr9/05, Dec2/05-Apr9/06 a 2 night deposit is required, with the balance of the stay due 30 days prior to arrival.
