**Guest Check-in location is ResortQuest office at 1245 Deer Valley Drive, Park City**ResortQuest at Racquet Club condominiums overlook the beautiful Park Meadows Golf Course just two miles from the Park City Mountain Ski Resort. These condomium townhomes offer at-home comfort with fully equipped kitchens. Each unit is multilevel and features two bedrooms as well as a semi-private loft area. All unites offer a private hot tub as well as a cozy fireplace in the separate living room.It is just a short walk to the Park City shuttle bus service that makes all of the Park City area winter and summer sports activities - shops - and restaurants within easy reach. Guest also have access to the fee-based Park City Racquet Club that offers indoor tennis - fitness center - hot tub - and pool. ResortQuest at Racquet Club Condomium - at home in this mountain vacation mecca. Other information – Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior to arrival - guests will forfeit original 10% deposit and 5% reservation fee. 30 days of less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 100% of total stay, 5% reservation fee and damage waiver fee 25.00USD for 3 day rentals.
Guarantee Policy:
50 percent of total stay and 5 percent resv fee via credit card change at time of booking. The balance of full prepayment together with a damage waiver fee is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.Damage waiver fee is 25.00usd for 3 days rentals.

Spacious Townhomes offer two bedrooms plus semi-private loft area. Each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as 2.5 baths. Bedding varies from unit to unit but generally one queen is offered in two bedrooms with twin beds in the loft area. In addition there is a sleeper sofa in the separate living room. Guests will enjoy the private outdoor hot tub as well as the cozy fireplace. Approx 1000 sq ft.
