All guests accomodation consists of two bedroom, two bathroom condominiums.The ResortQuest at Silver Cliff also features a large community outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes - walking downtown - enjoying nearby golf - or hiking along mountain trails. During winter months the underground parking is decided advantage. All of the Park City Area's many winter and summer sport activities are just a few minutes away as is world-class shopping and dining venues. ResortQuest at Silver Cliff - At home in this mountain vacation mecca.Other information – Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior to arrival - guests will forfeit original 10 percent deposit and 5 percent reservation fee. 30 days or less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 100 percent of total stay, 5 percent reservation fee and damage waiver fee.
Guarantee Policy:
50 percent of total stay and 5 percent rsvn fee via credit card charge at time of bkng. The balance of full prepayment together with a damage waiver fee is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.Damage waiver fee is 25.00USD for 3 day rentals.
