All feature balconies and cozy fireplaces in the living room.Guests at ResortQuest*s Red Pine Condominiums have access to the Red Pine Clubhouse with three outdoor pools - an indoor hot tub - sauna - tennis courts - and a BBQ area.When guests want to venture farther afield all of the areas many attractions are a quick drive away - including the ski areas of Deer Valley and Park City - or guests can take advantage of the complimentary Park City shuttle bus service. Whether it is the world-famous Sundance Film Festival - our fantastic ski slopes - tantalizing restaurants - or wonderful shopping - there is something for everyone in Park City.ResortQuest at Red Pine Condominium - At home in this mountain vacation mecca.Other information – Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior to arrival-guests will forfeit original 10 pct deposit and and 5 pct reservation fee. 30 days or less prior to arrival-guests will be charged 100 percent of total stay, 5 percent reservation fee and 50USD damage waiver fee.
Guarantee Policy:
50 percent of total stay and 5 percent reservation fee via credit card charge at time of booking. The balance of full prepayment together with a 50.00USD damage waiver fee is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
