Park City is located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City international airport. Summer activities include golfing, biking, tennis, hiking, fishing, and horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing and snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons Resort, skiing only at Deer Valley Resort. Park City offers terrific shopping and over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute cuisine. Most Three Kings condominiums are non-air conditioned. There is a 4% reservations fee added to all reservations with stays between Nov.2-Apr.17. There is a 3% reservations fee added to all reservations with stays between Apr.18-Nov.1.
