Type of Facility; Restaurants Description; distinctively situated atop Mount Mansfield- the Cliff House has undergone a dramatic renovation. The rustic new interior pays homage to the Austrian roots of our chalet. And weve nearly doubled our spectacular panoramic-view seating with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding alpine peaks. From our new exhibition kitchen- our chef serves up award-winning regional American cuisine with a rustic Vermont flair. Our commitment to using the freshest seasonal and artisan ingredients can be tasted in every mouth-watering dish and sinful dessert- and our hand-selected wine list and tantalizing cocktails will complement any meal. On select Saturday evenings- the Cliff House also offers famous Summit Series dinners featuring a gondola ride with hot cider and a candlelit five-course meal. Reservations are required.
